A practical introduction to eco-coaching, an approach rooted in eco-psychology that uses nature, outdoor environments and community as resources for personal growth, reflection and development.

It combines key concepts with practical outdoor methods and activities tested during CATCH training courses and local programmes, offering concrete ways to bring nature-based coaching into youth work practice.
