E+ ComiCon Anthology Vol. 1 brings together original stories created by educators, youth workers and creative practitioners who have experimented with using comics as a method of learning, dialogue and raising social awareness.

Aims of the tool

The E+ ComiCon Anthology Vol.1 is designed primarily for adult educators, trainers, youth workers, and facilitators who are interested in using creative and visual methods in their educational practice. The publication is particularly relevant for professionals working in non-formal education, community education, vocational education, and lifelong learning.

Description of the tool

The anthology brings together original stories created by educators, youth workers, and creative practitioners who experimented with comics as a method for learning, dialogue, and social awareness. Each story reflects different perspectives on contemporary challenges while demonstrating how creative expression can support discussions on inclusion, diversity, ethics, identity, technology, and social responsibility.

The collection includes the following stories:

- Serve and Protect
- Sicanje
- The Battle of Nonsense
- The Lunchbox Exchange
- The Taste of Tomorrow

Each comic is accompanied by a short reflection from the authors explaining the main idea behind their work and the educational message they aim to communicate.

Designed as both a creative publication and an educational resource, the anthology can serve as inspiration for adult educators, trainers, and youth workers interested in using creative and participatory approaches in their practice.
