Aims of the tool

Development the quality of youth work focusing on inclusion youth with fewer opportunities and migrants through increasing synergy of non-formal and formal education system.

increasing the synergy between non-formal and formal education systems through creation, implementation and
evaluation of the innovative activities for empowering youth with fewer opportunities and migrants

Developing competences of youth educators in creating and reframing activities based on formal education curriculum using non-formal methodology

Promoting the social inclusion, tolerances, solidarity among youth through human rights education

Description of the tool

The publication created during the LTTC project "Direction Intercultural Facilitation", coordinated by Fundacja Młodzi dla Europy under funding of the Erasmus+ programme. The publication consists the main, generic information and materials about intercultural facilitation, debriefing, feedback, organisation and planning of self workshops. Moreover consists examples of participants' workshops, which are ready to use and implement within international and/or local environment.
