This guide address the shortage of skilled young entrepreneurs in the cultural tourism sector, recognizing the untapped potential of the culture tourism sector and call for action.
Description of the tool
In this guide are defined a set of 5 European entrepreneurs’ profiles for culture tourism sector that are based on current job and market needs. The present guide shows the knowledge, skills and competences required in five currently very common Entrepreneurs Profiles for cultural tourism sector. These profiles are elaborated with special emphasis on the needs of SMEs and the cultural tourism/heritage sector at European level. The purpose of the Entrepreneurs profiles is to present current demand-driven competences in a format which is easy to understand and to apply.
