Aims of the tool

Aims to be used as an assessment tool in order to help Youth Workers with coordination and civic engagement programmes. Summarised best practices, results from Erasmus+ Project, Dissemination, and Impact of the participants.

Description of the tool

Together with 39 partners in Europe and Asia we developed a brochure collection of youth coordinators best practices.
On a multilayered project giving opportunities to over 60 participants, we think that we have taken more individualised approach on learning, and how it can help us reach this mission. We developed a learning compendium with brief methods focusing on volunteers' needs and development. Work with youth & measure their results, in our view this project is not an end product but only the beginning of a process.
