For the team to know precise expectations of the participants
For the participants, to exchange each other expectations

Description of the tool

Different steps need to be followed:
1/ Individually, each participant answer to the following questions:
- Why did I decide to come to this course?
- Imagine that this training course was a success, what has happened? Why was it such?
- Imagine that the training course was a disaster, what has happened? Why was it such?
2/ After 5 min, you form groups of 4 people and ask them to share their expectations and prepare a feedback about similarities and differences. They have 15 min for this tasks.
3/ Plenary feedback during 10 min, the facilitator take notes on a flipchart
