COACHING TOOLS for online settings
A practice-based collection of 20 coaching tools adapted for online environments and group coaching. The handbook shows how established coaching methods can be used in remote sessions, digital whiteboards, breakout rooms and group settings.
Aims of the tool
The aim is to support youth coaches and practitioners in adapting coaching methods for online and group settings, providing practical tools that can be used confidently, safely and effectively in digital and collaborative environments.
Description of the tool
A practical collection of 20 coaching tools adapted for online environments and group coaching. The handbook shows how established coaching methods can be transferred into digital sessions, breakout rooms, online whiteboards and group settings.
Developed collaboratively by CATCH participants during the webinar process, each tool includes clear step-by-step instructions, adaptations for online and group use, practical tips and cautions, and a short theoretical background. It offers youth coaches, youth workers and other practitioners ready-to-use methods for flexible and engaging coaching practice.
