Manual
A practical self-assessment tool designed to help coaches reflect on their current strengths, identify areas for development and set meaningful learning goals.
The aim is to help coaches assess their current competencies, identify strengths and development needs, and set clear goals for their continued professional growth.
A practical self-assessment tool that supports coaches in reflecting on their current competencies, recognising strengths and identifying areas for further development.
Structured around the eight core coaching competencies of the International Coaching Federation, it combines focused reflection questions, a five-point self-assessment scale and space for personal insights and learning goals. The tool can be used independently, during training, in supervision or as a basis for creating an individual professional development plan.
