Booklet for the youth workers about the volunteer management
Dear youth workers, you can find information about the training course Volunteer Boost, practical tools and instruments to support volunteer management in processes and personal stories how the training course influenced participants.
Aims of the tool
The aim of this tool is provide the information about non-formal methods focusing on voluntary management. This booklet provides also the practical tools which can increase the quality of the voluntary management in your organization.
Description of the tool
The training course Volunteer Boost was based on need of the NGOs from 9 European countries to get the necessary knowledge and skills for professional volunteer management. The project had two phases, first phase was organized between 6.10. – 14.10.2017 in Bartošovice, Czech Republic. The second phase was dedicated for the evaluation of the progress of youth workers and volunteer coordinators and it was organized in Brno. The booklet was created as one of the outceme in the training course.
