Group Building Activity
This short group building acitvity is focused on a group in general, to make participants feel better and more confident in a group.

• create a multicultural group
• create a better understanding among the participants
1. Make a circle.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Think for 3 minutes about a traditional rhythm of your country.
4. Reproduce the rhythm
5. With opened eyes, one participant starts, the others one by one will continue.
