Exercise
An interactive 3-hour workshop introducing empathic communication (NVC-based) to help adults improve everyday conversations by expressing themselves honestly and listening with empathy.
To show how small shifts in communication can foster more connection, clarity, and collaboration at work and in life, by practicing the four steps of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
This workshop, titled “Better Conversations at Work and in Life”, offers adults practical tools to transform their daily communication through the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Participants learn to:
- Distinguish observations from assumptions
- Recognize and express a wide range of feelings
- Identify underlying needs behind feelings
- Formulate clear, respectful requests instead of demands
The sessions include interactive exercises, role-plays, group discussions, and personal reflection. By the end, participants are able to communicate with greater empathy, reduce misunderstandings, and build deeper trust in both personal and professional settings.
