Description of the tool

Put chairs in a circle enough for everybody to stand on them (it is OK to share a chair). Ask participants to stand on the chairs. When everybody stands on the chairs, nobody can touch the ground anymore. This is a cooperation exercise so people should help each other. The group is then asked to go and stand alphabetically according to their names. If you want to make it more fun, you can ask them to do so without words

Variation - you can ask them to do it standing on a beam, a rope, a line or describe it as the roof of a skyscraper.
