This tool talks about the emotional connection that a trainer needs to make with the group of participants.

Description of the tool

In this video the trainer is critically thinking and reflecting of an experience that made him emotionally disconnected with some of the participants.

He is also sharing his observations and he giving a way on how to connect with them again.
