Materials needed:

Printed Portfolio/Workbook: One copy for each participant for writing exercises or an electronic version for digital use.
Stationery: Pens, pencils, and erasers for completing the self-reflection and personal history mapping exercises.
Sticky Notes and Flipcharts: For brainstorming sessions and sharing life-story highlights in group settings.
Computer and Projector (Optional): Required if the trainer wishes to present the conceptual framework of "narrative orientation" or show introductory project videos. Safe and Quiet Space: A comfortable, non-judgmental environment suitable for deep reflection and storytelling.

Duration:

Total Duration: Approximately 10 to 15 hours for a full implementation.
Breakdown:
Introduction & Self-Awareness (Pillar 1): 3 - 5 hours.
Resilience & Critical Reflection (Pillar 2): 3 - 5 hours.
Strategic Action Planning (Pillar 3): 3 - 5 hours.
The process is designed as a progressive journey. It starts with individual reflection on personal life stories, followed by group dialogues to gain peer feedback, and concludes with the creation of a concrete, value-based career action plan.
Due to the number of exercises and reflective activities included in the portfolio, the tool is highly flexible and can be implemented either as an intensive multi-day workshop or spread across several shorter sessions depending on the participants’ needs and learning context.
