An improved version of the famous team-building "Tower activity", usually done by spaghetti. This time - with a 3D pen.

Aims of the tool

Team-building and creating a competition spirit.

Description of the tool

1. Divide the participants into smaller groups, 7 pers. maximum.
2. Give a 3D pen to each group and ask them to model a tower, using this 3D pen, building it with 3D created shapes of squares, triangles or circles. The towers must be as high and as strong as possible. Ask them to think of a strategy.
3. Set time of e.g. 20 min.
4. All together walk around the built towers and check which one is the highest. Use a ping pong ball to put on the top of each tower to check its stability. Choose the winner(s) all together.
5. Make a reflection, discussing:
a) what was each group's strategy
b) how did they like the activity
c) how was the group dynamics, if there was any leader
d) how do they feel now and what did they learn from the activity
