Let’s explore the labor market

Elements:
• workshops,
• simulation exercises,
• team-building exercises and name games,
• speeches and presentations,
• active discovery of the venue and sightseeing activities,
• interviewing local population,
• cultural presentations organized by the participants,
• cognitive visits,
• daily reflections and final evaluation.
Goals:
• Working with knowledge about the development of knowledge and its elements, ie CV, motivational letter, interview, or tools for work.
• The development of soft skills among participants, which are valued on the labor market and language skills.
• Spreading knowledge about the European Union countries, stimulating curiosity of the world and shaping cultural awareness.
• Creating positive attitudes among young people, such as: tolerance, respect for culturally different, entrepreneurship, activity, resilience to stress, creative problem solving, willingness to help other people.
• Creation of a platform for the exchange of ideas, experiences or good practices between the different and those associated within the European Union.
• Creation of Youthpass certificates, which will be a formal certificate of participation in the project.
