Fundation Szukamy Talentow

Fundacja Szukamy Talentów already in its statute, emphasizes activities for human rights as one of its main goals. That is why, actively working in this field, organizing various types of training, workshops that are to contribute to the activation of young people, but also to raise their chances on the labour market. Its members organized but also took part in initiatives that focused on this subject, thanks to which they have appropriate experience that will contribute to the implementation of this project and the development of relevant results, positively affecting not only participants but also target groups.
At this point, it is also worth mentioning the cooperation of the organization with its partners, such as public administration institutions, non-governmental organizations, enterprises and foreign entities with whom the foundation conducts dialogue, exchanging experience, ideas and creating good practices. In this way, it can learn the needs of potential employers, which are then reflected in the prepared initiatives. In this way, the foundation, thanks to its activities, is able to effectively prepare young people, especially students, to compete in the European labour market.
