1. Definition:
Al-Wa'i Al-Shababi Association is a national, non-profit, independent association established in Nouakchott, Islamic Republic of Mauritania, in accordance with the law governing associations. It works to serve society, with a special focus on youth, women, and children in vulnerable neighborhoods and rural areas.

2. Vision:
A conscious, educated, qualified, and active young generation that contributes to building a prosperous and cohesive Mauritania.

3. Mission:
To empower youth cognitively, skillfully, and economically, to spread awareness, to combat ignorance and illiteracy, and to promote the values of citizenship, volunteering, and collective work.

4. Strategic Objectives:
To contribute to eradicating illiteracy and spreading education.
To train youth in life skills, professional skills, and entrepreneurship.
To empower women and girls and support their economic and social participation.
To organize awareness campaigns in the fields of health, hygiene, environment, and human rights.
To discover and develop youth talents through cultural and sports activities.
To promote a culture of peace, tolerance, and dialogue.

5. Areas of Intervention:
Education - Vocational Training - Economic Empowerment - Community Awareness - Culture and Sports - Voluntary Work - Environment.

6. Target Group:
Unemployed youth, women-headed households, out-of-school children, and the most vulnerable families.

7. Our Values:
