The School Heads Association (OYD) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting school leaders in Turkey. Since 2023, OYD has been a member of the European School Heads Association (ESHA). The association aims to enhance the professional development of school administrators, promote best practices in educational management, and raise awareness on topics such as digital transformation, leadership, artificial intelligence, and education policies.
OYD has extensive experience in organizing international conferences, workshops, and professional development programs, as well as publishing reports and research studies. It actively collaborates with partners across various countries.
To make the Turkish education system more effective and inclusive, OYD implements various training programs, workshops, international collaborations, and research projects. Additionally, it contributes to innovative approaches in educational management through European Union projects and Erasmus+ KA2 partnerships.
