The main objective of this project is to enhance the employability of disadvantaged youth in Turkey by equipping them with gamification skills. This initiative targets young people from disadvantaged groups, including earthquake survivors, NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth, and refugees, providing them with training in gamification, a highly relevant skill in today’s job market.
Under the coordination of the Department of Educational Administration at Istanbul Medeniyet University, and with the collaboration of international partners, a selected group of young people from different countries will receive basic and advanced gamification training supported by GamFed (International Gamification Federation). In addition to the training, participants will be offered mentorship opportunities, helping them establish strong connections with the job market and expand their professional networks.
Planned as a 12-month project, 100 young participants will receive Gamification Certificates from the Istanbul Medeniyet University Continuing Education Center, strengthening their employability and career prospects.
We are looking for partner institutions to collaborate on this initiative.
