DigiLEAD Exchange: Digital Leadership Exchange: AI and Innovation for Inclusive Schools KA210-SCH

Project Summary
DigiLEAD Exchange seeks to empower school leaders by fostering international collaboration and experience-sharing on the use of AI and digital tools to drive inclusive transformation in schools. This project will bring together school heads and vice heads from various countries to exchange best practices, strategies, and ideas for integrating AI technologies and digital innovation into school management and leadership. The goal is to make schools more equitable, inclusive, and digitally ready, ensuring they are prepared for the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.

Beyond just training, this project will focus on cross-border collaboration where participants will share practical experiences, develop joint strategies, and address challenges such as cyberbullying and digital well-being in schools. By doing so, the project aims to enhance school leaders’ digital competencies and ensure a safe, equitable environment for students and staff.

Project Objectives
✅ Establish an international platform for school leaders to exchange experiences on AI and digital transformation.
✅ Develop strategies for inclusive leadership using AI tools and digital pedagogy.
✅ Promote digital well-being, addressing the risks of cyberbullying and other forms of digital violence in schools.
✅ Support the adoption of European digital competency frameworks (DigCompEdu, SELFIE, etc.) across schools.
✅ Foster collaboration among school leaders from different countries to address global educational challenges.
