To provide comprehensive knowledge and practical tools for effectively managing a volunteer program, enabling participants to enhance their skills in evaluation, campaigning, fundraising, and building corporate partnerships.
The online training is hosted on an engaging e-learning platform, featuring interactive modules designed to enhance essential skills. Each module covers key aspects of volunteer program management, including evaluation, campaigning, managing funds, and forging corporate partnerships. To reinforce learning, participants can use the built-in self-assessment tool to track their progress and identify areas for improvement. At the end of every module, a 10-question quiz must be completed, requiring a minimum passing score of 80%. Upon successful completion of all modules and quizzes, participants are awarded a certificate of completion, validating their newly acquired knowledge.
