Experienced program manager and consultant with a strong background in youth development, mentoring, and innovation. Currently leading IREX’s Transform program in Georgia (2023–present), with prior roles including coach and consultant for the EU Skills for Success initiative, supporting innovation centers for NEET youth. Served as an invited expert for UN Women Georgia (2018–2023), advising on private sector mentoring programs. Previously managed national programs at CDC Georgia (2014–2020) and regional projects across Eastern Europe and the Caucasus with CRISP Berlin (2009–2014).
