Tali Padan has over 10 years of facilitation experience in intercultural communication, conflict resolution, and
diversity and inclusion. Her workshops are interactive and based on a shared experience, where group dynamics become a major focus and content for reflection. Tali's workshops are where the personal meets the political, encouraging people to reflect on the process of how they work together, so they can align what they do in the world to how they are being in the world.
Tali Padan has 4 references for past work as a trainer.

All educational experiences are relevant and have contributed to my work. The technology background allows me to use it as a medium, when appropriate, to facilitate dialogue and disseminate results. The best trainings, however, are not necessarily technology-based, nor are they theory-based or overall academic. They are rooted in the personal experience and how we behave towards ourselves and each other.
