Recent work has focused on designing and facilitating learning processes, trainings, and participatory projects related to democracy, dialogue, social cohesion, and community-building. Drawing on methodologies such as Betzavta and other experiential learning approaches, Tali creates spaces where participants explore collaboration, participation, leadership, and social change through practice and reflection.

Her work spans local and international contexts, including collaborations with civil society organizations, educational institutions, and public-sector actors across Europe. She has designed and led workshops, trainings, conferences, and multi-stakeholder projects for diverse groups ranging from young people and educators to community leaders and professionals.

Educational pathway

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MA in Interactive Digital Media, MA in Intercultural Conflict Management, and PhD (EBD) in Management Learning from Copenhagen Business School.

Additional professional training includes intercultural mediation, the Betzavta methodology for democracy and participation, restorative circles and restorative practices, nondual therapy, group facilitation, dialogue processes, and experiential learning methodologies.
