Facilitator of various kinds of (non-)formal educational exchange programmes

Work experience

Coordinator in international student exchange programmes from 2014 until 2024 (Radboud and Leiden University).

Trainer/facilitator for international voluntary service organisations (including European Solidarity Corps), with a focus on non-formal and human rights education, intercultural learning, project management, impact assessment, creative problem solving, leadership/team leading, design thinking, civic engagement, personal development and empowerment since 2007. Have been involved in 20+ international/Erasmus+ training courses. Doing this for SIW International Volunteer Projects (based in the Netherlands) and as educational advisor and facilitator for the Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organisations.

Coordinator of the Asia-Europe Young Volunteer Network for the Asia-Europe Foundation (based in Singapore) between 2010-2013.
