There were 35 participants from 11 countries - Bulgaria, England, Portugal, Germany, France, Turkey, Poland, Romania, Malta, Latvia and Hungary
I was the main trainer in a team of three trainers.

Training methods used & main activities

We used interactive non-formal education methods for fighting stereotypes about women such as "World Cafe" to debate on the reasons, causes , consequences and ways of eliminating gender discrimination. A lot of team building, group dynamics and tolerance building sessions were used as well.

Outcomes of the activity

The participants went home with a "bag" full of ideas and methods how to combat gender discrimination and to promote equal treatment to all in their communities.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the main trainer in this course as in all the other training courses of my organisation. I had developed the programme for this training and have invited the other two trainers to help me deliver this high-quality training.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
