At the end of the training, the participants were able to grasp the challenges and complexities of LGBTIQ+ and Queer communities.
They had a better comprehension of the ally role among youth co-workers and gained knowledge about queer theory and how to use it as a tool to combat the prejudice that queer people face.
They also acquired knowledge on how to create more inclusive practices within their own local context.
I was in charge of co-designing the activities and co-facilitating them during the training course.
I also contributed to write the evaluation and final report of this training course.
