Work experience
I've been working with groups for almost a decade. After graduation, I did volunteer work in France and abroad. In France, I organized awareness workshops on gender equality and also a youth exchange on gender with local young people, young people from Ukraine and Germany. I was also a European volunteer for one year in Tirana (Albania) working on fighting against gender stereotypes and prejudices, mainly with students in the University of Tirana.
After these volunteering experiences, I became a project coordinator and I designed pedagogical resources for students with fewer opportunities in order to empower them by developing their competences and skills.
Now, I am a freelance trainer in the non-formal education field throughout Europe and I am passionate about working with youth workers, improving their practices and finding the best possible ways to support them.
