Aims & objectives

The main idea of this training course was to gather 27 youth workers from Poland, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Malta, and Romania that were ready to develop the competences (knowledge, attitudes, and skills) of youth worker practitioners (including leaders of informal groups, teachers, trainers, coaches, social workers, etc.) to create their own human rights projects based on their personal interests, talents, and hobbies. Participants gained awareness and education about relevant human rights issues in Europe and were equipped with the tools and skills necessary to create their own human rights projects to affect change on the local level, in their communities.
