Team consisted of two NA representatives ( Hungarian and Czech), one international trainer and one local expert.
Event was based on non-formal methodology and included a variety of methods like small group
work, experiential activities, energisers, theoretical, inputs, discussions, poster presentations etc.
Participants stated that this event will influence
their future practice ( improving own practice, implementing new activities/projects, develop new
partnerships and that they will try to get others (colleagues and local community) informed and
involved). As main benefits and learning that came from this event participants recognized
gained knowledge, networking, practical insights and know how about volunteering projects,
insights about one self and own organization, inspirations and new ideas, attitude and awareness.
I was part of the team from the beginning and participated in creating main concept and detail trainers outline and I participated in delivering this event and writing the report.
