Aims & objectives

This activity was organised within the framework of a partnership of experienced organisations active
in the field of European youth work, with a strong experience in the development of E.S.C projects
(The Constellation). We have been developing together for more than 10 years learning activities
aimed at offering opportunities for people active in this field (mentors, project coordinators, youth
workers…) to develop their competences in order to enhance the quality of E.S.C projects.

In the middle of the volunteer’s echoes among the local community, following their traces, this
activity supported youth workers, project coordinators and mentors in developing
their competences to implement more inclusive ESC projects and better support the young people
with fewer opportunities.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

20 participants from all across Europe, experienced ESC projects manager, trainers and tutors.

The team was composed by 3 international trainers
