Virtual Collaboration & Efficiency for Youth Organisations

Aims & objectives

Training course about the ways for a youth organisation to collaborate virtually and efficiency when developing youth projects and in other areas of their work.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group comprised of youth workers from Slovenia, Turkey, Estonia, Spain, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Belgium and Italy.

Outcomes of the activity

Youth workers were more competent and aware of possibilities to collaborate effectively online, to be time efficient and to develop online activities.

I was the lead trainer and designed the training course.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
