Aims & objectives

Two-step Partnership Building Activity: Nordic Projects For Mobility Of Young People And Youth Workers was designed to create partnerships between youth workers and organisations in Denmark and Finland (and other Nordic countries). The objective was to help establishing a strong, lasting partnership that leads to concrete Erasmus+ Youth projects.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

This activity was for Nordic countries.

Training methods used & main activities

In this activity we focused on getting to know and building up new partnerships. For this we used creative, art based workshops and outdoor activities side by side with groups discussions and sessions about E+ program.

Outcomes of the activity

I was involved with the first step of the activity (training in Helsinki) and the focus was to form possible project groups that was continuing their work after the first step. During the activity we achieve this goal and some real project groups was formed and they continued to the second step (next training in Copenhagen).

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

This training was unique since I was the only trainer. My responsibility was to plan, prepare and run the event. I got support for the NA staff team.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
