TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

The aim of this training was to equip youth workers and youth leaders in encouraging linguistic-verbal intelligence in youth work. The training was one in the series of the trainings for multi-intelligence according to Howard Gardner and was thus implementing the goal of the organization (my client) to address all 8 intelligence types through trainings for youth workers and leaders.
Participants were from FYR Macedonia, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Czechia.
Methods used in this training: role-play, simulation, the circle, variety of methods to reflect behavior and attitudes, also methods from art (theater, collage). Participants received a manual with activities and inspirational information.
Participants gained a deeper uderstanding of what motivates people’s actions, empowered skills for listening, developed skills for speaking their reality gently, including saying ‘no’ and setting boundaries,
strengthened self-care capacity and prevent burning-out, learned ways to express gratitude and feedback with care, learned ways to address the conflict in a win-win way, reflected their communication and behavioral patterns. I can tell about the success of the training od the basec of received feedback. Participants received a manual with activities and inspirational information. Event was communicated through web site and social media of Aspira Institute.
I have worked for 3 full days as a single trainer, meaning that I was planning and implementing the process and prepare manual and other visuals. I have received logistic and reflection support from the client.
