Training Course "Dive into Youth Participation"

Aims & objectives

Aim was to improve understanding and practices toward quality youth participation. Learn more about the possibilities within the Erasmus+ Key Action 154 “Youth Participation Activities”.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants were youth leaders, youth workers and presentatives from youth organisations a cross the Europe.

Training methods used & main activities

The training was interactive and we use several methods for support the learning like group discussion, presentation, big plenary discussion, quiz. We had digital portal Howspace to support the learning as well.

Outcomes of the activity

Based on the feedback the activity was successful and participants were satisfied. This training is a module that has been repeated several times and it has improved every year. I have been involved in two editions.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

In the training team we had 3 trainers, wiht equal responsibilities to plan, prepare and run the event.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
