The training aimed to contribute for developing the quality of support systems for youth activities in order to promote young people's inclusion in society and to develop their active participation, social cohesion and youth self-development. The project also aimed to equip youth workers with competences that they need in order to encourage active participation and inclusion of young people with the help of arts – both in their local communities and on international level. In this way, the training course was aimed at developing the skills and competences of youth workers coming from organizations that work, or are planning to work with young people using arts as an educational approach.
