In total we were 6 trainers all coming from different countries. Czech republic, Greece, Spain, Slovenia and Malta. We had Skype meetings until the week of the event.
We have used colb's learning styles in our trainings that is 4mat - why, what, how and what if. We have used facilitation, brainstorming, discussion, experiential learning, role plays, gamification, peer to peer and other teaching devices.
The training event was aimed at participants who are already advanced trainers and need to top up their current knowledge and learn new material.
