About:

The name is Steve from Sunny Malta! I have been a trainer for 4 years now, and not planning to stop any sooner. Non-formal education is the way forward and I want to be part of this beautiful change. As you will see further below besides the role of the trainer, I am also a teacher, an actor and a work psychologist. My aim is to make d world a better place through a unified non-formal educational approach that fits as many people as possible because education is for everyone.

Work experience

My background is primarily in psychology but i have worked for a couple of years as a teacher while building up my training career. Teaching, together with training has provided me wit the backbone to stand in front of audience hungry to learn. I have also worked as an actor and from time to time I teach acting to teenagers! Besides that I am also a trainer with the European Youth Forum. I have also worked in juvenile correctional prison as a coach to youths and recently while doing my masters I was able to co-teach a module with my professor on organizational behavior.

Educational pathway

I became a trainer through my involvement in an international psychology association called EFPSA - European federation of Psychology Association. After that I have studied to become a teacher. I am CELTA qualified where I can teach English to all ages but more specifically adults. This opened my horizons to Adult learning. From there on I have trained in various events such as Youth training academy in Lithuania, Leadership summer school in Lithuania as well. I have been a trainer at an event called Trainer the Advanced Trainer whose topic was training design. Recently I have become a trainer for European Youth forum where we train on advocacy, human rights, facilitation and other issues. I have also finished my masters in Organisational psychology
