Aims to teach get deepen into the non-formal education.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youthworkers
Latvia, Lithuania, GReece, Spain, Finland, Italy, Serbia, Kosovo, Romania and Sweden

Training methods used & main activities

85% of the methods were non-formal.
For example we had "minefield" team-building activity task about motivation and its importance (other trainer was bad cop and other good cop) and how it resembeld on the participants.

Outcomes of the activity

All of the participants gained lot of new methods and tools as well as knowledge about non-formal learning that they can use in their line of work as youth workers.

Trainer, responsible for the whole program together with collague of mine.

I worked on this training for 6+2 days as a full time trainer.
