Im a 41 year old Finnish man who has graduated as a youthguide with high degrees in Finland and i have worked as a youthworker since 2012. I have been part of several Erasmus+ projects as a facilitator and coordinator. I have worked both in Finland(2012-2017&2020- till today) and Greece (2017-2020) as a youth worker. I have also been part of creating an online learning about social entrepreneurship for mysalto as well as been the main coordinator in R-Project (about minorities) [EFC]

Work experience
I have worked as a youth guide in Finland & Greece for over 10 years. I have also facilitated around 50-60 youth exchanges and Training courses. I have worked also on a KA2 project about social entrepreneurship wich of result we created an online learning for it. I have also worked on 2 bigger projects; another as the main coordinator (Europe For Citizens project about immigrants) and the other as an developing youth worker ("More Together"- a 2 year project in a sub urban in FInland where the aim was to create more hobbies and possibilities especially for immigrant background youth and families).
At the moment i work as a supportive youth worker for youngster whom are in danger to be socially exclusive. I also have AART (agression replacament training) workshops for immigrant youngsters.
I have also been producing several events from festivals to football tournaments and so on.

Educational pathway
I have graduated as a youth guide (youth worker) in Finland with high grades in 2015 (diploma). I also have been in several non-formal training courses in order to became more better facilitator. I also own a security license, hygiene pass and a first aid training. I consider that all experience/education/training is important for your life in general as well as for life experiment and for this reason every knowlegde is important to me. I also believe that non-formal education is a key to reach higher level of education and for that reason its importance i value highly. I also have a very high passion for non-formal education.
