Non-formal methods like team building activities, quests, challenges, group and individual reflections, dialogues and group discussions, role play game, external performances, collaborative creative acts.

Outcomes of the activity

The group went through a massive mindset transformation followed by highly emotional discussions, revelations and talks. The role play game that was introduced to the participants, had a strong effect that together with a disclosure of the game (explanation of the dynamics witnessed by the participants) in the end of the project, led to change of perception of participants about their role in social context and their own-developed image of themselves. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1810699509012001/
