TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

With strategic communication in the backgrund, I am constantly on a discovery journey for people's true colors and passions. Why, well because that's where sustainability of learning comes from: genuine concern, talents and challenges. Babies of my heart are social entrepreneurship and gender perspective. I use methodology of co-creation, it means each participant is actively involved in the process on all stages, and there may be quite a lot of them: I like long days, tough calls, good vibes.
Tatsiana Petrachkova Bauder has 12 references for past work as a trainer.
Full time at local municipality, with minors refugees.
Except for the work I do daily with refugee teenagers focusing on their integration and well-being, I work on development of my non-profit NGO focusing on methods of personal facilitation, geography and gender sensitive empowerment. My experience of training comes both from international training courses (KA1, KA2 and ITC), seminars and youth exchanges on topics of gender violence, social mobilization, rural versus urban development, clustering and local collaboration, change- and crisis management, intercultural meetings, history, art and creativity as well as identity and group issues.
Countries that I have been working with are Sweden where I am currently stationed, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Serbia, Spain, Poland, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey.
Topics that I am most passionate about are deviant competences, authority issues and civil society, local/rural development, gender issues, human rights and public health.
