TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for giulia pagoni
The training was focusing on inclusion, with the aim for new comers in the topic to start, even locally and with small sessions, to facilitate participation in their activities for people with fewer opportunities.
Motivation was spread by non formal methods (small an bigger groups tasks, discussions, practical tasks and peer sharing)
The team of trainers and experts supported participants in their learning process, even with an online follow up.
After the training itself, indeed, participants were invited to share a framework and reflect upon inclusion, before the activity took place.
In this phase experts and trainers guided participants to think in a more inclusive way with concrete suggestions for their activity framework.
A seminar was organized after the activity to evaluate it.
aims:
- improove participation of people with disability to mainstream projects;
- ensure equal opportunities;
- promote tollerance and non discrimination.
The team of trainers and experts was composed by people from Austria, Slovenia, Lettonia and Italy.
non formal methods (discussions, learning by doing, simulations, active parricipation).
All organizations taking part into this course organized at least one activity during the follo up phase, starting to spread inclusion culture among their local community.
It still exists a project facebook group where participants, experts and trainers can share useful information about inclusion and eventually get in touch for possible future mobility partnerships.
I was co-responsible for the preparation, evaluation and report.
My tasks were coaching participants, sessions evaluation and feedback.
