Aims & objectives

Content of the project
The cycle of seminars examines the situation of human rights in Europe. It will be done from the
perspective of young people. The seminar will be implemented as international youth worker
mobility. The topics focussed on have a clear European dimension and do affect young people and
youth work internationally. That’s why an international group of participants allows us to create a
fruitful learning environment: The international group enables us to live and experience the European
dimension and deeply work on the chosen topics.

Aims of the project
Learning from each others in an international group
developing common strategies and methods to face the challenges in Europe. (Strategies
for working with young people directly and also political-strategically)
Exchange of information, challenges, differences and similarities in the different countries
Awareness raising
Development of future common network activities

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The team was formed by two main trainers and one logistic support

Training methods used & main activities

During the training, several methods were used, from team building activities, group and individual work, external inputs, plenary brainstorming, artistic and creative activities..

Outcomes of the activity

The group of participants developed plans for initiatives, both local and international ones, as future cooperation activities.
