Aims & objectives

The aim of the activity was to transmit and exchange competences in theater techniques for multipliers working against racism and xenophobia. The training deepened a trainng that happened already in 2012.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The team was composed of German, French, Lithunian and Bosnian trainers and organizers.
The group came from Greece, Spain, Croatia, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey, France, Germany.

Training methods used & main activities

The training used non formal learning techniques such as:
- theater techniques
- story-telling technique
- language animation
- anti-discrimination methods
- intercultural learning methods
- exchanges of practices

Outcomes of the activity

The training course achieved to give brand new techniques from theater and non formal education to multipliers working against discrimination at a local, regional and national level in their country.

The training course also achieved to reflect and deepen the theatre approach to the topic with a new proposition of methods for 2014 implemented by the feed-backs of the participants.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was co-trainer, co-responsible of the preparation of the content, the implementation of the training and the report.

I worked on this training for 10 days days as a full time trainer.
