Aims & objectives

General aim of the project was to learn the participants about new strategies and ways for dissemination and visibility in youth work.

Objectives:
- gather youth workers and PR professionals in order to share good practices on how to increase visibility of youth projects
- increase capacity of youth workers on how to lead PR events for dissemination
- develop and/or improve ICT competences of youth workers that are necessary for dissemination strategies
- find most effective strategies on how to reach youth in NEET situation through dissemination
- create awareness on Erasmus+ opportunities among young people in local level by creating short documentary promo movie
- contribution to the development of Erasmus+ program by improving dissemination skills of youth workers.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

4 trainers from Turkey and Slovakia
3 organizers from TAKAM
21 participants from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Slovakia, Spain, Ukraine

Training methods used & main activities

Non-formal learning methods were prime during the training, such as: wokrshops, discussions, teambuilding & group dynamics activities, brainstorming, movie making, field visits, presentations, evaluation sessions.

Outcomes of the activity

Main outcome of the activity was created movie that served for dissemination and visibility of the project.
During the training course participants have improved their comeptences in PR strategies for NGOs, dissemination and visibility techniques, improved the digital competence (recording, processing and editing video materials).

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I delivered workshops on PR strategies & channels, Dissemination strategies for NGOs and Visibility of youth projects.
Furthermore I assisted co-trainers in sessions and logistics arrangements.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
