- To provide a wide introduction to the Erasmus+ program in the part of youth, focusing on their capacity of development in rural areas.
- To give the opportunity to find good and reliable partners from rural areas with whom to develop projects within the Erasmus + program, creating a solid network of contacts and alliances.
- To understand the impact and social change that an E+ project can have within a small local community, discovering the possibilities of local participation.
- To share what it takes to plan a good quality E+ project in rural areas.
- To offer an individual and group learning experience through a practical process, allowing participants to reflect on their learning process and learn more about Youthpass.
17 youth workers and young volunteers directly working with young people in rural areas from 10 partners from 9 countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Lithuania and Spain
The project was a learning-by-doing experience, built on experiences and real cases which were interspersed with workshops, info sessions, ongoing evaluation…
The outcomes of the activity were the elaboration and future development of a bigger number of youth projects within the Erasmus + program in rural areas. This will result in greater development opportunities for the youth population in these areas.
Full-time Facilitator. Study on needs, design of the programme, development of the methods and tools, implementation and evaluation.
