The activity was open for 19 voluntary and professional youth workers, working directly with young people in rural areas, from Lithuania, Albania, Czech Republic, Romania, Turkey, Estonia, Italy, Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria, Latvia, Poland, Serbia and Spain.
The project was a learning-by-doing experience, built on a simulation exercise which was interspersed with workshops, info sessions, activities to improve the group dynamics and ongoing evaluation.
