Partnership Networking Event for Nordic Municipalities

Aims & objectives

Event was targeting nordic munipalities to..
- Introduction to partnership projects: Build the skills and knowledge you need to develop international youth projects.

- for Insights: Exchanges ideas, experiences and practices with colleagues.
- building up partnerships: Meet and mingle with representatives from other municipalities, both new and experienced, and find potential partners for future projects.

This activity was for Nordic countries.

Training methods used & main activities

This event we used a lot methods to support the getting to know and discuss about common interests and challenging in municipality youthwork frame. One big topic was how to use KA2 actions.

Outcomes of the activity

Based on the feedback and follow up activities we know that participants formed new partnerships and has planned common projects. So this activity was successful.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

We had 2 trainers who shared equally the responsibility to plan, prepare and run the activity.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
