Aims & objectives

The theme of the project is well/being, we will use non-formal education methodology which will facilitate the development and acquisition of new skills, competences and thus contribute to personal and professional development. The course will combine a wide range of methods coming from theatre arts.
The course will be based on experiential learning and will be eminently practical. Brief inputs will set the
framework in different moments across the learning process.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group was composed by Youth Workers interested (or with experience in) Performing Arts from Croatia, Austria, Spain, Italy, Romania, and Latvia

Training methods used & main activities

The project was based on non-formal methods based on Performing Arts and Creativity. Participants were invited to follow and lead in common, interactive pieces, shared experiences and reflections on the methods used.

Outcomes of the activity

The training successfully managed to expand the tools used by the youth workers, who managed to apply them back in their local contexts.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

The training was lead by Riccardo Brunetti and Emanuele Nargi, with help from Nina and Christian Krassnitzer.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
